Lead store-level training sessions, including the introduction of training management policies, course briefings, and implementation.
Manage and track all training activities; conduct regular inspections, compile findings, propose improvement solutions, and ensure proper execution; monitor completion of training goals and plans.
Organize and implement training assessments and performance evaluations to ensure company standards are consistently met.
Handle store-level recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and resignation procedures.
Oversee attendance records, payroll calculation, EPF & SOCSO contribution management.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by senior management.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Prior experience in training within the chain F&B/retail industry is preferred.
Familiar with recruitment platforms in Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and basic graphic/video editing tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
