JOB DESCRIPTION
TRAINING
\xc2\xb7 Conduct Induction training for new employees
\xc2\xb7 Arrange Internal and External Training
\xc2\xb7 Arrange and conduct internal training
\xc2\xb7 Update training record in Excel and Manual record
\xc2\xb7 Training Analysis
\xc2\xb7 Matrix Training
\xc2\xb7 Arrange Malaysia staff for going to China for training
\xc2\xb7 Arrange for China staff give training to Malaysia staff
HR TASK
\xc2\xb7 Handle PVP from China
\xc2\xb7 Help translate in Mandarin to BM for China Master staff giving training to our Malaysia staff
\xc2\xb7 Process the invoices
\xc2\xb7 Confirmation for employees
\xc2\xb7 Update Organization Chart
\xc2\xb7 Audit preparation especially for HR & Training
\xc2\xb7 Foreign Workers arrangement
JOB REQUIREMENT
\xc2\xb7 Diploma / Degree in any field
\xc2\xb7 3 Years experience in training and HR department
\xc2\xb7 Mandarin Speaking / Reading / Writing
Sub Specialization : Human Resource;Training & Development
Type of Employment : Permanent
Minimum Experience : 3 Years
