About the job HR Transformation Leader

Our client is an European MNC company and leader in the consumer electronics industry globally. Due business expansion and re-organisation, they are setting up their Global HQ to be based in KL. They are currently looking for a qualified HR Transformation Leader to lead the people business department, deliver HR Governance and compliance, drive internal and external people solutions to empower the people within the organisation and creating a shared value and mindset that drivers business performance. This role is a regional role supporting CN, MY and PH shared service markets.

You will Envision and Implement Customer Strategies to

  • Create a empowered the people in line with company Purpose and Values.
  • Empower the people through mental and physical health, personal and professional development including diversity, equity , inclusion and belonging.
  • Empower the Brands and Shared Services through HR Advisory and Resources.
  • Empower the people team through vision, inspiration and recognition.
  • Create strategic Partnership with Customer, Supplier, Government.
You will Research and Implement Programs and Applications to
  • Deliver an empowered and high-performing team, in line with company's Mindset.
  • Deliver an HR Governance and Compliance to protect and reward company Shareholders ( Employee Ownership/ ESG/ B-Corp).
  • Drive internal and external People Solutions ( Team Development , Talent Acquisition, Rewards and Benefits, Office Management ) to empower Brands and Shared Services.
  • Drive digital insights through analytical and productivity tools.
  • Deliver SLAs, Policies, Guidelines and Templates to enable collaboration and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Servant Leadership experience, in line with the company Purpose and Values.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and / or equivalent.
  • Familiar with local labour laws and HR best practices.
  • 5-year Strategic Leadership experience in a global, multi-cultural and matrix organization , preferably from Technology, E-Commerce, Consumer Electronics.
  • 5-year Digital Experience in line with our agile Mindset and data insight focus.
  • Well versed with MS365 Suite will be an added advantage.
