Job Description

Handling administrative work such as office maintenance, payment of utilities every month.

Managing day-to-day Admin functions such as calls & documents handling.

Liaise with local authorities, service providers, suppliers, contractors, etc.

Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and administrative duties

Workers disciplinary, misconduct investigation and grievance handling

Support and administer employee on-boarding such as arrangement of workplace and tools

To handle foreign worker and Hostel application and compliance activity in order to ensure sufficient work force demand.


Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Ability to handle and keep all information with strict confidentiality.

Maintain office ethics and confidentiality.

Able to work independently, possess strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
