We are seeking a HRBP with 2-3 years of experience in key HR functions including recruitment & employer branding and employee relations. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and teams to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and support talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation.
Oversee employee onboarding/ offboarding processes, including probation confirmation, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
Maintain and update employee records accurately, ensuring proper documentation.
Provide day-to-day HR operational support by handling employee enquiries, grievances, complaints, and other work-related HR matters.
Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, activities, and programs to enhance employee morale and support organizational objectives.
Advise and support line managers on HR-related matters in accordance with Singapore labor laws, Employment Act, Immigration regulations, and other relevant statutory guidelines.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources
Experience: 2 - 3 years in an HR Role with hands on experience in recruitment and employee relations.
Experience in a similar HR Business Partner role in SG market, handling work passes would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
