Job Description

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to lead HR operations at our client's manufacturing site in Melaka. This sole contributor role is ideal for experienced professionals from MNCs or FMCG environments who thrive in dynamic, high-impact settings.

• Partner strategically with site leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Manage IR/ER matters including disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and labor law compliance.
• Drive performance and talent development, including reviews, succession planning, and coaching.
• Lead employee engagement and change initiatives to foster a positive, purpose-driven culture.

MNC working environmentGreat career progression

• 8-10 years of HR experience, ideally in MNC or FMCG manufacturing environments.
• Strong track record in industrial relations, investigations, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with payroll data and HR operations.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to be based in Melaka.
• 5-day work week (Monday-Friday), onsite.
