Job Description

A consultant trainer, or training consultant or training specialist, is a professional who optimizes the productivity and development of a client's staff. They evaluate a client's current training practices, and they create new training programs that teach material in line with client objectives. A training consultant assesses the skills and knowledge of a client's staff to identify any areas where additional training could boost performance. They also help the client and its staff set long-term goals, create a learning schedule, create and implement learning activities, apply those learning methods, ensure staff is fully engaged and evaluate their progress.

Job description:

Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions. Liase with HRDC and fill in the form required for making the claim to HRDC. Design effective training programs. Select and book venues. Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc. Support and mentor new employees.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
