\xe3\x83\xbbExperience the Human Resource & General Affairs study and/or Job Experience for 3 years or more

\xe3\x83\xbbHave the basic understanding of the Human Resource & General Affairs skill

\xe3\x83\xbbExecellent communication skill and proactive attitude to maintain the healthy relationship among employees

\xe3\x83\xbbExecellent organizing and tidy up skill to handle documentation and schedule for the company

\xe3\x83\xbbExperience to handle the expats foreigner\'s visa and living support

\xe3\x83\xbbLove and understand the company Culture

\xe3\x83\xbbUnderstand on the Japanese company culture (not required for the actual experience, but attitude to willing to understand is important)

\xe3\x83\xbbManage and lead the career development of the subordinate

\xe3\x83\xbbAble to discuss and propose about the organization structure and staffs career development plan

\xe3\x83\xbbSupport and arrange hiring procedure to ensure a sufficient manpower in Sales office through the communication with other staffs in the Sales office

\xe3\x83\xbbSupport onboard program for new employees (ID, PC, E-mail address, Name Card, etc.) to ensure a smooth and pleasant hiring process.

\xe3\x83\xbbCompile, organize and report attendance and OT matters i.e. scan and email leave forms, MC & OT to HQ to enable accurate salary calculation.

\xe3\x83\xbbMaintain & organize records for staff in-out & Driver\'s schedule for an accurate compensation.

\xe3\x83\xbbCoordinate & organize all related forms which include leave forms, staff token & PR

\xe3\x83\xbbCommunicate and execute newly established policies as the support of HRGA and/or Directors and navigate KL office staff (Including merchandisers) towards the direction of the policies

\xe3\x83\xbbCollaborate and communicate with company secretariat in all business-related matter arising from the operations need forms

\xe3\x83\xbbSupport Expatriate in work permit application and certain level of basic personal life-style support
Provide good hospitality to visitors and clients to help promote a positive image of the company Oversee, compile and monitor the all-important documents and data by the soft and hard copy

\xe3\x83\xbbHandle and manage calls to avoid any communication breakdown.

\xe3\x83\xbbSupport Sales team and Directors on traveling arrangement (Visa, Flight, Stay, Logistic, Allowance, etc.)

\xe3\x83\xbbCo-ordinate and arrange training for Sales Teams with HQ to enable employees are equipped with appropriate knowledge and skill.

\xe3\x83\xbbAct as Safety and Health representative for Sales Team in the SHE Committee to enable safety and health issue of the employee are assured.

\xe3\x83\xbbComplete necessary documents and license to maintain office operation

\xe3\x83\xbbollow the instruction of KL top managements and Factory HRGA to realize the overall improvement for company

\xe3\x83\xbbCo-work between the counterparties internally (other department, office, position) and externally (company, organzation)

\xe3\x83\xbbUnderstand the Sales office situation, and proposing the upgrade of the policies, events, office set up, and etc., through the discussion with Superior and Factory for the overall improvement

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Language \xef\xbc\x9aEnglish &BM \xef\xbc\x88Business level\xef\xbc\x89\xe3\x80\x81added advantage for Japanese speaker (not mandatory)

\xe2\x9c\x93Education : Bachelor\'s degree in human resource/business administration or equivalent

\xe2\x9c\x93Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in other foreign language will be an added advantage

\xe2\x9c\x93Communication skills in order to establish friendly relationship

\xe2\x9c\x93Computer literacy with Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel.

\xe2\x9c\x93Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to foster teamwork

\xe2\x9c\x93Experience in the HRGA field (Study and/or Actual job)
