Job Description

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provide first-level technical support for JMI admin and employees on systems related issues 2. Troubleshoot technical or functional system issues and escalate technical issues when needed
3. Liaise with SSO and vendors for complex technical problems and system enhancement
4. Collect feedback from users, identify gaps for area of improvement and recommend enhancement to streamline HR processes
5. Maintain system configurations and system setting as per business needs i.e workflows, approval processes
6. Manage user rights, permissions, and security settings
7. Develop and maintain DOP reports and dashboards
8. Assist in data request/upload and improve the reporting capabilities
9. Assist in system upgrades, patches and testing activities i.e User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 10. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR and DOP systems 11. Support HR compliance reporting and audits

QUALIFICATIONS

Academic Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science/IT, Enterprise Management System, Information Systems, Human Resources, or any related field. Experience: o 3-5 years of experience in HRIS system support (Oracle Cloud HCM) o Experience in system implementation, configuration and user support. Familiarity with HR processes within the financial industry is an advantage. Experience working with HR or Payroll systems
TECHNICAL SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE

Proficiency in HR reporting and analytics (Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI (FAW), Excel, etc.). Knowledge of user account management and role-based access control (Oracle Cloud HCM) Knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) Proficiency in writing SQL queries Basic knowledge in Integration concepts (e.g. OCI, SFTP) Experience in logging and tracking support tickets (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA) Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
