About the CompanySynergy Outsourcing Malaysia is a payroll services and HRIS solution company, based in Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya. We are offering a 3 months Apprenticeship, where you will learn to handle regional payroll and HRIS implementation for our global clients. Upon the success completion of the Apprenticeship, there will be an opportunity to join our team on a full time basis.JobResponsibilities
- Responsible forfull spectrum of payroll management; processing wages, bonus, allowances,overtime, deductions, advance salary, and others.
- Prepare andreview monthly payroll reports and document accurately.
- Liaise withrelevant bodies for monthly statutory submission.
- Ensure properdocumentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.
- Update andmaintain employees records orderly and correctly in the database and filingsystem.
- Ensure all thedocuments and reports are filled in orderly and timely manner.
- Ensure consistentproductivity and accuracy performance as per team requirements.
- Must possess at a bachelors degree.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in afast-paced environment.
- Must be responsible and able to workindependently with minimum supervision.
- Possess own vehicle.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft office.
