Come join us on the journey. Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand Beams organizational goals and align the HRSS services to support overall business strategies. Internal Client Relationship Management. Serve as a primary point of contact between HRSS and business units, addressing HR-related needs, and fostering strong working relationships. Consultation: Providing HR expertise and guidance to business leaders on various HR matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations. Service Delivery: Ensure the effective delivery of HR services within the HRSS model, such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management. Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, make informed recommendations, and support data-driven decision-making within the business. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, including process improvements, technology implementations, and other HR-related changes. Policy Implementation. Implement & review of existing HR policies and procedures consistently across business units and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Problem Resolution: Address and resolve HR/ER related issues, conflicts, and inquiries from business units. Requirements Minimum of 2 years working as a HRSS Business Partner Candidate should possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, business administration or a related field. HR Expertise - In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, with a strong understanding of HRSS functions and shared services models Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business leaders, HRSS teams, and employees. The ability to convey complex HR concepts in a clear and concise manner is crucial. Experience in supporting organizational change initiatives and managing the impact of HR changes within business. Strong problem-solving skills to address HR-related issues, conflicts, and challenges that may arise Ability to manage HR projects, initiatives, and programs effectively, ensuring timely and successful implementation Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR technologies to support efficient service delivery and data management Benefits Opportunity to make an impact to the world by transforming urban transportation.
