• Responsible for overseeing the entire HSE management system at the site which includes compliance of site execution work, reporting, periodic liaison and documentation as per relevant standard, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements;
• Ensure that all the Contractors are fully aware of the safety requirements, of the Health and Safety Plan their obligations, with a relevant Safety Awareness Training Course (a record of the attendance of this training be maintained on site);
• Review Contractor documents such as Project HSE Plan, HSE Procedures, HSE Performance, Emergency Procedures, Training Plan, etc.;
• Assess, monitor, and inspect construction activities to ensure the work complies with applicable contractual and regulatory HSE requirements and safe working environment; relaying Stop Work Authority if necessary;
• Ensure the opening, follow up, assessment and closure of all non-conformities according to the respective Operating Instruction; ensure closure date is established and accepted by the Chief Supervisor and monitor compliance by established date;
• Conduct the periodic meeting with the representative of the Contractors and generating/reviewing report of the same;
• Carry out the Daily safety sitewalk and safety patrol to control all site activities to be ensure site activities must comply with the HSSE Plan and safety requirements of the project.
