About the job HSE Operation ManagerResponsibilities

• xefxbbxbfLead and manage the HSSE team to ensure effective implementation of safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee HSSE compliance and manage relationships with key stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure operational readiness and risk management for Brownfield operations in the energy sector
• Foster a proactive HSSE culture, driving continuous improvement in safety performance and environmental responsibility.
• Ensure all HSSE initiatives and activities comply with legal and industry standards.
• Support emergency response and crisis management activities when required.
• Ensure personal readiness for travel to operational sites as needed.

• xefxbbxbfA recognized Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years experience in HSSE, with a strong focus on Brownfield Operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Managerial Role, leading HSSE teams.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Must be medically fit for travel to operational sites.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth understanding of HSSE best practices, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Strategic mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
