Implement safety policies and procedures at site, ensuring compliance with the OHSAS 18001:2007 Management System.
Carry out regular safety inspections to identify hazards, recommend precautionary measures, and conduct safety briefings and training.
Oversee material stacking at site to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Conduct Health & Safety Induction training at the jobsite as required.
Facilitate weekly Toolbox Briefings at the jobsite.
Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Perform daily safety and health checks, ensuring follow-up on corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in accident investigations.
Implement all relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions as defined in the company's Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time by the superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Working location: Dengkil, Cybersouth
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Familiar with the
Occupational Safety & Health Act
(OSHA) and
Factory and Machinery Act
(FMA).
ISO 9001/OHSAS 18001
standard requirements.
Candidates
must possess valid yellow book
.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Build a good communication and good relationship with other site staff and superiors.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
