Support the HSE Officer and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
Provide support to Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
Assist in preparing incident reports to determine root cause in order to eliminate future incidents.
Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required.
Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
Assist in conducting HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
Assist in developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements
* Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Environmental Science/ Engineering/ HSE or any relevant science field.
Computer literate (Microsoft Application such as Words, Excel, Power Point & etc.
At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with OSHA & FMA regulations and requirements.
Computer literate (Microsoft Application such as Words, Excel, Power Point & etc.
Strong problem \xe2\x80\x93 analysis solving and trouble shooting skills & essentials.
Coaching, teaching & training ability.
Good communication skills and able to work independently.
