Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and enforce company HSEQ policies and procedures;
Promote development of safety culture within the organizations;
To ensure compliance of statutory requirements to OSHA, FMA, Fire Services Act, Land Public Transport Act and other applicable regulations;
Plan, implement & perform periodical & ad-hoc workplace safety, audit, risk assessment, and inspection of buildings, workshops, and other facilities to detect any existing or potential accident and safety hazard management;
Plan & implement program to promote safety awareness among all levels of employees including awareness program/briefing safety work practices, guidelines, training programs, consultation, and established safety practices;
Plan, prepare, and consolidate annual budgeting plan for safety program & initiative and HSEQ management
Manage Emergency Response Team in the company
Manage safety committee meetings, agendas, and program
