To assist in implementing and enforcing company HSE policies and procedures in Regional SWIFT as to ensure effective and efficient HSE management and promote development of a healthy, safe,and environmental culture within the organization. Also ensure compliance to OSHA, FMA, EQA, Fire Services Act and other applicable regulations.
Help in planning and implement programs to promote HSE awareness among all levels of employees including awareness programs/ briefings, training programs, consultation, and advice to line personnel to increase proficiency in established safety practices. Coordinate industrial health programs to reduce occupational hazards whilst increasing awareness among employees on health-related issues
To assist in conducting investigation of all accidents (incident and injury) cases relating to health, safety and environment including road traffic accidents, personal injuries, industrial accidents, waste release, chemical spillage etc. involving company personnel or properties.
Act as secretary to the HSE Committee, coordinate Committee meetings and administer committee's statutory roles & responsibilities, in compliance with OSHA requirements.
Handled company's ISO certification. Involved in ISO documentation & audit for ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) and ISO 45001 (OSHMS)
