Job Responsibilities:

• Possess NIOSH/NEBOSH/HSSE certification as a minimum, with a diploma or degree relevant to O&G industry. Having Malaysia SHO license would be an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years oil & gas experience in onshore gas plant / refinery / petrochemical plant during the Construction phase in construction site safety supervision / management. Having past experience in sour gas (H2S) facilities is essential for the commissioning & start-up phase of the project.
• Good skills in verbal and written communication in English - multilingual (including local dialects) will be an advantage. Candidate to have the ability to influence others without authority in implementing change.
• Demonstrates strong experience in supporting Construction, Pre- Commissioning and Commissioning activities for onshore gas plant / refinery / petrochemical projects or operating assets.
• Has strong experience in establishing and driving site HSE programs equivalent to IOGP 577 which includes Drop Prevention Programs, Safety Campaigns, Behavioral Based Safety Programs and Performance & Monitoring programs.
• Well versed with OGP / Subsea / Pipeline / Fabrication yard / offshore standard
• All professional certificate (CSWIP / PCN / NACE / ASNT / EX etc) require must be current and valid
• 3 project location ie Kuala Lumpur, Johor and offshore Sarawak; shortlisted candidate will be notified on project and location.
