Department Operations
LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)
LocationMalaysia - Kuala Lumpur
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) compliance Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements:

Candidates currently based at Pahang are encouraged to apply Basic Microsoft Excel skills Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use Excellent leadership and communication skills Able to adapt in an agile environment Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous * Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis
