Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Hubspot Specialist to deliver and work in our new CRM system, Hubspot. Hubspot will be used for all our institutional facing (B2B) marketing to support the acquisition of leads for our sales teams.

We are looking for someone with strong HubSpot experience. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team within Institutional Marketing but will be integral to all global campaigns and our ambition for growth. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate.

You should have a proven track record of migrating an organisation from their current CRM to a fully configured CRM portal. You should be the sort of person who can spot opportunities to utilise the CRM in different ways.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing automated programmes aligned to key commercial and customer objectives (e.g., acquisition, activation, cross / up sell and retention).

You will closely with the business unit marketing leads to create an annual CRM roadmap that aligns to our strategy for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and utilise martech and digital automation techniques and platforms as appropriate to optimise digital marketing communications and performance.
  • Lead the company's digital marketing activities to ensure we deliver real time personalisation at scale.
  • Drive business growth through marketing automation.
  • Drive stronger relationships with our customers through more targeted communications and progressive profiling.
  • Be accountable for the company's CRM system and be the subject matter expert on CRM including:
  • Ownership and configuration of HubSpot platform
  • Deliver B2B HubSpot CRM architecture Deliver CRM automation
  • Reporting. Deliver end to end campaign management and tracking
  • Deliver dashboards/reporting to enhance the go to market functions
  • Data. Ownership of customer data - cleanliness, maintenance and accessibility
  • Lead

Customer * Modelling. Channel attribution of acquired leads, conversion rate and success, onboarding analytics, revenue generation
  • Assimilating cold data into the CRM Ownership of actionable Sales/CRM enablement tooling

Essential Criteria
  • Previously supported both B2C or B2B CRM organisations
  • Previous ownership of HubSpot CRM system
  • Evidence of key automation projects
  • HubSpot learning trail certifications
  • 3-5 years HubSpot experience
  • Strong technical digital marketing skills with evidence that this has been applied to drive growth.
  • Ability to lead, manage and share knowledge to help development of wider marketing teams in a data context.
Desirable Requirements
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Strong written English
  • Be a forward thinker - be able to pre-empt challenges and have a problem-solving approach
  • Have excellent peer-to-peer communication skills, doing so with an authenticity that builds trust and confidence
  • Experience of training other people on the use of HubSpot (or another CRM) would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of marketing automation
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the higher education marketing space
  • Creation of Workflows for lead nurture, preference requirements and campaigns that are on brand, relevant and timely email campaigns.
