A) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY -Set up and complete the company\'s human resource management policy. -Reviews and updates the human resource management policy on a periodic basis to ensure that it is updated from time to time and with relevant policies for improvement. -Handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions - include payroll and tax clearance for employees (PCB/SOCSO/EIS/EPF/HRDF), staff recruitment, staff insurance, staff benefit program, KPI management& etc. -Attend to all disciplinary issues, staff counseling & grievances, terminations and other employee related matters in compliance with labor laws. -Handle HR administration work such as preparation of letter, new hires / resigned administration, employees\xe2\x80\x99 job confirmation, transfer, promotion and contract renewal. -Update and maintain employees\xe2\x80\x99 attendance, leave / medical record and training records & etc. -Handle business with 3rd party service providers; to manage the evaluation of 3rd party service providers for consideration by Management. -Handle the recruitment of foreign expatriates\xe2\x80\x99 work permit and employment passes applications and renewal& etc. -Advertise vacancies on job platforms, social media and others which suitable for hiring, establish and expand HR recruitment channels. -Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. -Assist in any other tasks assigned. B) MINIMUM QUALIFICATION (Education and/or Equivalent Experience) -Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent. -Good command of written and spoken in English & Malay. Having a good command of another language is an advantageous. -Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR management. -Familiar with foreign employee employment laws and requirement. Experience in liaising and dealing with various government Agencies like Immigration MyExpats, Labour office, Local council etc. -Have more experience on the recruitment of foreign expatriates\xe2\x80\x99 work permit and employment passes applications. -Have the knowledge of labour laws and government regulations& etc. -Working with the available HR systems and tools. -Certain financial knowledge background. -Good interpersonal and communication skills.
