Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Prepare interview documents and follow up with candidates.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Prepare employment offer letters and employment contracts.
Ensure all new employees complete required documents.
Create and update employee personal files.
Handle clearance, exit forms, and company property return.
3. HR Documentation & Filing
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, warning, transfer, increment).
Maintain confidentiality of all HR documents.
4. Attendance & Leave Administration
Monitor daily attendance and time-clock records.
Verify and process leave applications and medical certificates.
Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
5. Payroll Support
Compile overtime, allowances, deductions, and claims for payroll.
Ensure all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
Liaise with Finance/Payroll for salary processing.
6. HR Compliance & Government Requirements
Assist in updating employee details for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN.
Prepare necessary forms for statutory submissions.
Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labour laws.
7. Employee Relations & Welfare
Handle staff enquiries regarding HR matters.
Assist in organizing staff activities, training, and events.
Monitor disciplinary issues and prepare reports.
8. Administrative Support
Prepare HR reports, memos, and documentation as required.
Maintain HR office supplies and manage general admin tasks.
Support management and HR team in daily operations.
