Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience in an education setting is an advantage.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with teaching and non-teaching staff.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR and education are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage candidate applications.
Screen resumes, arrange interviews, and assist in the hiring process for academic and non-academic roles.
Collaborate with department heads (teachers, principals, admin) for manpower planning and recruitment needs.
Handle onboarding process for new staff, including orientation on school policies and teaching culture.
Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and maintain a positive working environment.
Coordinate and facilitate internal training programs and teacher development workshops.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR records, contracts, and staff documentation in compliance with education standards.
