Tanggungjawab
  • Orienting new employees
  • Schedule interview
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing
  • Employee data management and reporting; Compliance and legal requirements; Confidentiality and data protection
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
  • Produce and distribute HR documentation; Provide assistance in organizing and coordinating events
