Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (other majors also welcome)
No prior working experience required - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Smart, quick learner, and able to adapt to new tasks quickly
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information

Tanggungjawab
Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, interview arrangement, candidate communication)
Maintain and update employee records and HR database
Handle staff attendance, leave application, and overtime records
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and related documentation
Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures
Help organize staff activities, training, and company events
Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and documents when required
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
