What We're Looking For

• Achieve at least Degree.
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resource Generalist experience, including at least 1 years at a senior or leadership level.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (and the wisdom to apply them fairly).
• Proven experience in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• HRIS proficiency - you know your way around systems and data.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Maintain up-to-date employee documentation with precision.
