Requirements
1. STPM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE
*FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOMING FOR APPLY.
2. COMPUTER LITERACY
3. FAMILIAR WITH USING MICROSOFT EXCEL, WORDS, POWER POINT
4. GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL
5. GOOD IN CALCULATION SKILL
6. CAN HANDLE WORK PRESSURE, MULTITASKING & FAST LEARNER
Responsibilities
:
1. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties either internal and external inquiries or request.
2. Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
3. Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department.
4. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
5.Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
6. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
7. To answer queries from guests, referring them to contact points at which they can obtain further information.
8. Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
9. Arrange Punch Card for every month production worker and operator.
10. Record attendance for late comers and check attendance once a month.
11. Update list of interviewed candidate.
12. Make a call, send email and call candidate for interview session.
13. Help for filing general document using 5s method.
14. Update Insurance record & monitor the dateline of Insurance.
15. Help for any ad-hoc matters and urgency.
15. Help for any admin task related with HR Job Role.
16. To assist for Foreign Workers related matters. Including Permit, Insurance, Check out Memo, Airport pick up, etc.
