Job Description

Human Resource Assistant Salary RM2500 - RM3500 Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including Recruiting & Hiring, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations, HR Administrations and etc.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of staff personnel files and statutory filing.
  • Prepare correspondence such as offer letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, warning letter and KPI letter.
  • Keep up to date with latest statutory requirements to ensure compliance with the current law and requirement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Possess at least 1 year working experience in related field. However, fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa.
