Job Description


**HR Assistant****Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with recruitment: screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
  • Check and verify employee attendance monthly for payroll preparation.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support management of employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Address basic employee relation issues and assist in resolving conflicts.
  • Provide support in counseling employees as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with employee separation processes.
  • Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
