Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
Proficient in HR documentation and record-keeping.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
