• Diploma in any field.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR administrative tasks and clerical support.
• Familiarity with recruitment and employee onboarding processes is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Handle recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, arranging, interview, preparing.
• Manage staff attendance and leave record, performance in line with company goals.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new production staff, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating orientation programs and warning letter.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments, such as production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the production department, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment.
