  • Develop and manage performance evaluation processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align performance goals with overall business objectives.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement effective compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Implement and manage change management processes to facilitate seamless transitions within the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, department heads, and team leaders to understand their needs and collaborate on HR solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR strategies align with the company\'s business goals.
  • Act as a mediator and provide guidance to resolve workplace conflicts and employee relations issues.
  • Proactively address potential issues and promote a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Continuously improve and optimise the recruitment process.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR generalist roles or a combination of specialised HR functions.
  • Adaptability: Proven experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • People management: Experience in people management is an advantageous asset, highlighting your leadership skills and capacity to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Rewards or performance management: Experience in rewards or performance management is an added advantage, illustrating your ability to design and implement programs that recognize and enhance employee performance
  • Analytical: Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to make data-informed decisions and address complex HR challenges effectively.
  • Learning Agility: Stay current with HR best practices and industry trends, and adapt HR strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organisation and its employees.
  • Communication: Showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
