Open Position: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Regional

A Fintech company in Malaysia is looking for Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Regional to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

-The focal person of HR for employees and line managers in respective Department.

-Execute HR processes, procedures and initiatives.

-Work with the Head of HR to pinpoint organizational needs, challenges and people trends.

-Collaborate with business HODs to determine HR strategies to business needs.

-Manage onboarding of employees.

-Facilitate performance management, talent development, compensation reviews and HR operations matters.

-Resolve HR issues impacting the business and provide solutions.

-At least seven years' experience as HR Generalist with three years in HR operations.

-Experienced in HR business partnering.

-Experienced in organizational development, talent management and change management.

-Strong execution focus, time sensitive and strategic thinker.
