As an HR Business Partner, you\'ll be part of a dynamic team that actively contributes to the success of the Clinical Development Center in Malaysia. Our department is focused on developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to meet the business needs of Novo Nordisk. As an HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Develop and manage day-to-day activities related to training and development, mobility, diversity, talent management, and organization development.
  • Assist the Clinical Development Center in Malaysia by aligning HR strategies and policies with business needs.
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to implement local HR strategies that are consistent with the overall HR strategy.
  • Participate in organizational change projects and ensure that current and future HR requirements are met.
  • Direct various HR programs to attract, manage, develop, and retain employees in accordance with the organization\'s HR strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as an HR Partner, excellent in HR processes and good with managing organisational change projects along with providing sound leadership advice.
  • Strong understanding of HR strategies and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
