Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full spectrum of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, orientation, retention, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning & development, and employee relations/ welfare. Review and approve end-to-end recruitment activities, including selections, offers and acceptance. Partner and support other departments in manpower needs; work closely with Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements. Plan, organize and manage the HR functions of the Company. Compensation and Benefit - Oversee monthly payroll process & staff reimbursement, ensure monthly payroll processing and statutory payment are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Develop, implement and ensure execution HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - from team structure, to morale and culture at workplace. Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details). Key personnel to provide advisory support to the management for all Human Resources related matters. Formulate, Implement and review HR Policies & Procedures and process employment paperwork. Training employees on new policies and procedures. Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates. Introduce new hires to current employees. Coordinate relocation procedures for expats. Work with departments to prepare new hire for assumption of duty. Gather candidate experience feedback from new hires. Assist existing employees when they move to a new department or position. Organizing and promoting employee engagement activities. To review, develop and plan to learn Training & Development policies, processes and programs to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and alignment to organizational goals and objectives of market trend competitiveness. Schedule and oversee training sessions. Develop or organize training materials to meet the needs of company employees. Organize technical and non-technical workshops. Drive the planning and execution of employee relationship building activities and create visibility of EMA Global to develop a collaborative, people-centered culture. Drive Employee engagement programs to enhance employee experience Plan, organize and manage annual performance appraisals management system and and advise management on remuneration information. Conduct continuous reviews on intervention outcomes and develop insights and reports. Review incentives, recognition, benefits and awards to drive high performance and retain key talents. Responsible in liaising with government bodies such as Labour Officer,
Immigration, EPF,SOCSO and those related to human resource and administrative issues.

Prepare documentation to management for bonus and annual salary exercise (advise and propose salary adjustment amount Handle and advise the management on disciplinary issues, staff grievances,
termination and other employee relation matters in compliance with employment laws and regulations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
