Job Responsibility
Responsible with the recruitment process, schedule job interviews, perform reference checks and issue employment contracts.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Manage staffs' attendance, leave balance, medical record
Preparation of HR related letters and correspondences and liaise with the relevant authority / government department if necessary
To perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
. Attract talents, cultivate talents, manage talents and retain talents.
. Manage payroll.
. In addition to the work that the general personnel department needs to do, what we need more is that you can give advice to make everything more complete and perfect.
