Job responsibilities:
\xc2\xbb Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions which include Manpower Planning, Budget and Recruitment
\xc2\xbb To provide training for all the employee\'s needs
\xc2\xbb Review, formulate, develop and implement HR procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure compliances and effectiveness
\xc2\xbb Manage all aspect of HR initiatives including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, etc
\xc2\xbb Work with Management and Department Managers on the overall direction, control and execution of human resources operations and administrative functions
\xc2\xbb contact with external government/quasi-government and other external bodies pertaining to employment/human resource issues
\xc2\xbb Implement and monitor performance appraisal system
\xc2\xbb Attend to all disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, transfers, terminations and other employee related matters in compliance with labour laws
\xc2\xbb To maintain staff personal files which include updating of employers leave applications when necessary
\xc2\xbb Any other tasks by management
Requirements:
\xc2\xbb Posses a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
\xc2\xbb Min 3 years\' practice in related field
\xc2\xbb Well-versed with Malaysian labour laws and prevailing HR practices and legislation
\xc2\xbb capability to plan, organize and monitor work and activities according to priorities
\xc2\xbb Strong people management and interpersonal skills, resourceful and a team player
\xc2\xbb Good command of spoken and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
\xc2\xbb Must be computer literate
\xc2\xbb Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang
\xc2\xbb Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Sat, 9.00am to 1.00pm
