The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR processes and alignment with business objectives.

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and offer).
2. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
3. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
4. Assist in building a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
5. Support employee welfare, motivation, and retention strategies.
6. Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, personnel files).
7. Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with the finance team.
8. Monitor and track employee performance improvement plans.
9. Support performance appraisal processes.
10. Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and organizational regulations.
11. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist or similar role.
3. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
6. Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
