Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in managing employee data and HR records.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for managing employee information and generating reports.
  • Basic understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR policies.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving basic conflicts.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee files and processing HR-related paperwork.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, while addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal compliance.
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, while maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, contributing to their professional development and organizational growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics, providing insights into workforce trends and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and generating reports as needed.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting with performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
