• Bachelor Degree
• Preferably at least 2 years' experience in the HR field especially regarding Talent Acquisition, Payroll Processing, Employee Relations and familiarity with Malaysia Employment Act and Labor Law
• Preferably experience working in regional or/and global business setup
• Excellent communication skills with a strong desire for people development
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Conducting full-life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Support the onboarding and off-boarding process.
• Employee Management (local and foreign workers): Manage employee relations activities which include employee attendance records, employee counselling, conduct exit interviews, and track employee performance (Tracking of before and after on the job performance).
• Office Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and documentations, licensing requirement with the authority
• Ad-hoc task by the directors.
