Bhd. is a leading Business-to-Business (B2B) Travel Wholesaler in Malaysia. Our 'B2B Travel Wholesale' business model is unique as we offer our partners ready-made products and packages, with advertisements and promotions support.
With the expanding of our Company's business, we are looking for a potential HR Executive to be part of our unique teams.
Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR (travel/B2B industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, HR management, and payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and tax regulations.
Responsibilities
HR Management:
  • Maintain employee records and ensure labor law compliance.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employment contracts.
  • Administer employee benefits (medical, insurance, welfare programs).
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
  • Support performance appraisals and staff development.
  • Implement HR policies and address employee concerns.
  • Maintain secure filing for accounting and HR records.
Payroll & Compliance:
  • Process payroll, including deductions, allowances, and bonuses.
  • Ensure salary payments comply with EPF, SOCSO, and tax regulations.
  • Adhere to all local labor and financial compliance requirements.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide support to Finance and HR teams.
  • Assist in organizing company events and training programs.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Assist with accounting and HR-related tasks as needed.
  • Support system/process improvements for efficiency.
