Requirements

• Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
• Have good patience in handling employee issue.
• Required language(s) Mandarin , English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required Skill (s) : Good Knowledge in office administration , events organizing.
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduated Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management Human Resource Management or equivalent. HR Generalist exposure will be added advantage.

• Listen & handling employee\'s grievances by providing counselling and advice from Human Resources point of view and ensure that employees are motivated.
• Plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
• Define and implement strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent across the organization with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
• Manage HR operations processes including payroll, performance review, compensation reviews and planning, benefits administration, legal and regulatory compliance.
• Conducting investigation and domestic inquiries upon receipt of complaints or report on indiscipline.
• Supports HR training and functional processes covering the employee life cycle, such as performance development, reward, succession planning, selection and retention, engagement.
• Responsible for administration and HR documentation.
