Manage the full hiring cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation.
Conduct initial culture-fit and attitude assessments for all new hires.
Maintain recruitment tracker and update candidate progress in HRM system.
Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning, probation, and confirmation reviews.
2. Onboarding, Training & Development
Execute 100-day onboarding programs and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate monthly induction and value-based training sessions.
Track attendance and maintain accurate training records.
Identify skill or behaviour gaps and propose improvement plans.
3. HRM System & Data Integrity
Monitor HRM operations and ensure employee records, attendance, and leave data are accurate.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance readiness.
Generate weekly and monthly HR reports on hiring, attrition, and confirmation.
4. Employee Relations, Discipline & Compliance
Enforce staff discipline through fair and consistent actions.
Prepare, issue, and document all disciplinary letters (warning, show cause, termination).
Handle staff enquiries professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
Ensure all employment contracts, addendums, and exit documents are properly executed and filed.
Advise management on Employment Act compliance and contractual obligations.
Support integrity investigations or legal consultation for HR-related cases.
5. Reporting & HR Support
Consolidate HR data and insights for management reports.
Highlight HR risks, trends, and compliance gaps for corrective action.
Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience within healthcare, service, or retail environment.
Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Law and HR documentation.
Proven track record handling discipline, warning, and termination processes.
Meticulous, organized, and committed to process integrity.
Strong follow-up and accountability in task execution.
Calm, professional, and emotionally mature under pressure.
