Assist HR Manager to plan and implement fair and competitive compensation packages and rewards programmers for all levels of staffs.
Develop and manage Gantt chart timeline for all tasks assigned in compensation and benefits.
Assist on market research on compensation and benefits trends in the industry.
Support on ensuring pay and benefit structure of the organisation to be aligned with the compliance with the statutory requirements.
Record and report on the effectiveness of current employee benefits plans.
Suggest on possible course of action to be taken to improve the existing plans.
Process on payroll administration for onboarding, offboarding and contract renewal.
Keep track on employment records and ensure updated before the cut-off date of payroll processing.
Assist in conducting annual performance appraisal.
Support distribution of pay and benefits information to the employees.
Ensure all employees are covered by insurance and the issuance of medical insurance for GHS card.
Respond to any internal and external Compensation and Benefits related inquiries.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or the management.
To be successful in the role:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or other equivalent fields.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable about labour law and HR best practices.
