Requirements:
Diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Relevant work experience in HR or a related field
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations (Malaysia labor law)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving and analytical skills
To handle site worker's disciplinary matters.
To initiate and assist Site Supervisors to carry out site worker's appraisal performance on yearly basis.
To monitor Site Supervisors to carry out worker's training.
To settle site worker's resignation / termination exit.
To assit in renewal of employee and site worker's permit / CIDB cards or other construction passes.
To act as the point of contact regarding government legistation issues, e.g.:- Myeg, Immigration, Labor office, EPF, LHDN, Socso and etc.
To monitor daily attendance of all site employees.
To record and submit report on site worker's leave and attendance.
To organize, maintain and update site worker's information as needed.
To assist General Manager task such as preparing monthly wages entry records and documentations.
To prepare, implement, monitor and maintain ISO quality procedures of HR department.
To contribute to team effort in order to accomplish expected result.
To provide reports to management as scheduled.
To undertake assignments or duties assigned by Top Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
