Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll administration, training and development, performance management, employee welfare, compensation and benefits, and other HR support services.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Oversee memo issuance, performance management processes, workflow coordination, career development initiatives, and training activities.
Prepare and maintain monthly reports and records.
Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), systems, and KPI frameworks for the internal team.
Contribute to the development and training of departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
Monitor employee performance to ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.
Offer constructive feedback on employee skills and effectively address performance issues when necessary.
Carry out other HR and administrative ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
