Ensure payroll compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and memos.
Support recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Assist in performance review cycles and training coordination.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Attend to HR inquiries and provide guidance when needed
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of HR experience
, with solid exposure to
payroll processing
.
Good understanding of Malaysian statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in HR/Payroll software -Info-Tech, or equivalent.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under minimal supervision.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
