Key responsibilities:
Recruitment and talent acquisition
Manage the end-to end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases
Training and development
Identifying training needs through performance reviews and departmental feedback.
Plan, coordinate and evaluate internal and external training programs.
Performance management (KPI & Appraisal)
Coordinate annual and mid-year performance reviews.
Work with management to set measurable KPIs aligned with business goals.
Monitor and track employee performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Compensation and benefits
Assist in developing and maintaining competitive salary structures.
Manage payroll input, leave records and staff claims.
Administer benefits programs (medical, insurance, allowances etc)
Conduct periodic salary reviews and market benchmarking.
HR Policy and compliance
Ensure HR practices comply with Employment Acts and Company policies.
Maintain and update Employee Handbook and HR standard operating procedures.
Handle employee relations and grievance matters confidentially and professionally.
Employee engagement and culture building
Plan and execute staff engagement activities and recognition programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' HR experience, including exposure to compensation & benefits.
Knowledge of Employment Act and local HR practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
Organized, discreet, and able to manage sensitive matters professionally.
Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
Passionate about people development and organizational growth.
