Human Resource Executive

to support the organization and lead HR processes at the management level.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

(job advertisements, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding). Maintain and update

staff records, HR documents, and attendance tracking

. Manage

employee relations

, disciplinary processes, performance evaluation, and staff welfare. Plan and conduct

training, staff orientation, and induction programs

. Ensure compliance with

labor laws, company policies, and SOPs

. Assist with

monthly payroll input

, leave and claims management. Support HR improvement projects and internal audits.

Handle any ad-hoc tasks and assignments related to HR and operations as required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in HR / Business Admin / related fields. At least

1-2 years of HR or admin experience

. Strong in documentation, organizing and problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and handle confidential matters with professionalism. Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office.
Salary: As per offer (negotiable based on experience)
