$ 3,500.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Company Overview The company designs and manufactures leather products like belts, wallets, messenger bags, cross-body bags, waist bags and backpack and laptop bags.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with department heads to resolve day-to-day HR operational matters
Maintain and review the company\xe2\x80\x99s HR policy, SOPs and Employee Handbook and recommend improvements on HR practices and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations
Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities (i.e. EPF, Socso, and LHDN)
Responsible in monitoring KPI, annual, periodic and ad-hoc performance appraisal
Involve in matters pertaining to insurance, retirement, salary, quarterly bonus, yearly bonus and incentive bonus
Compile and prepare annual salary increment spreadsheet including proposal and recommendation on promotion, upgrading and merit increment
Check and verify all staff payments and entitlement and its related claims
Select and review of panel Doctors, Inspect and review appointed clinics
Manage staff training & development requirements to achieve the company business objective including HRDCorp matters
Manage all day-to-day HR administration matters and ensuring that it is complete on time
Prepare communication on HR matters for cascading of information
Responsible in keeping track and update of Standard Operating Procedure
Prepare monthly, yearly and ad-hoc report when required
Undertake any ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the Director
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Degree in any field
At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
Experience in the retail or any relevant industry will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of HR practices and regulation
Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy and matured and able to maintain confidentially at all times
Have strong planning and negotiation skills in addition to good interpersonal skills with capability to be a team builder as well as a team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels
Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
Willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor
